Sometimes you might have something to say to the mods, but may feel intimidated to say it "face to face". That's okay! We want to hear what you have to say, so we've provided this post as a way to get in touch.

After you've filled out the form, post it here. All comments are screened for privacy. Anonymous is on, IP logging is off.

Because the mods need to be held accountable for their actions, they will make an honest effort to reply to personal feedback received through this form, so do be aware that your comment may become unscreened if they choose to reply to it, and choose whether or not you would like to make the feedback anonymous or not. If you would like your comment to stay screened, please indicate this, but note that mods cannot respond to comments left screened.
