Here at amatomnes, we recommend and encourage that players work together to keep their own plots running smoothly and to keep their characterization in check. To faciliate this process, we have bi-monthly HMDs, and we have added an option to link to personal concrit posts from the Taken page. However, we do understand that there are times when mod intervention is necessary, and that is what this post is for. First, you'll need the following form, which we will walk you through: <b><u>Character</u></b> <i>Their Name:</i> <i>Their Journal:</i> <i>Their Series:</i> <b><u>Complaint</u></b> <i>Nature of Complaint:</i> <i>Suggestion for Improvement:</i> <b><u>You</u></b> <i>Have you given this player direct concrit?</i> <i>Do they have an HMD post?</i> <i>If so, please link us:</i> Character Their Name: The name of the character against which you'd like to lodge a complaint. Their Journal: Their RP journal, not their personal journal. Their Series: What series the character is from. Complaint Nature of Complaint: What, precisely, is bothering you about this character's characterization? Be as detailed as you can, and if you can, provide canon evidence. While not necessary, doing so will help us in addressing the issue. Suggestion for Improvement: What do you suggest, specifically, that the player do to improve upon this issue? You Have you given this player direct concrit? yes/no, just for information purposes. We won't think less of the complaint if you say no. Do they have an HMD post? yes/no If so, please link us: optional, but it would help us in further assessing the situation After you've filled out the form, post it here. All comments are screened for privacy. Anonymous is on, IP logging is off. The mods will weigh each complaint separately and take the appropriate action from there. We will try our best to pass on complaints about characterisation in a timely manner. However, the more complaints that we receive for a character, the better information we can pass onto the player. We will always try to warn a player so that they can attempt to correct any issues before we give them a strike, though this may not always be the case, depending on the severity. If warned, we will give the player a set time period with which to correct their playing, before we hand down any subsequent punishments.
